This rice dessert is a sweet sticky rice called bibingkang malagkit which some of you might also know as biko. It's steamed rice cakes sweetened with brown sugar. For this recipe, we used two kinds of latik to put on top of it: the crunchy kind and the sticky kind. Time to level up your kakanin!
